Camping des Cerisiers is situated in Morbihan, in the south of Brittany. Here you are only two km away from the medieval town of Josselin with its imposing castle. Des Cerisiers is a small camping site with only 29 pitches in sheltered locations in a cherry orchard. The camping site is at a distance of eight hundred metres from the Napoleonic canal Brest-Nantes.
Camping or renting?
Of the 29 pitches 6 are taken up by mobile homes and 2 by normal caravans. You can rent these if you do not have your own camping equipment. In addition to these classic types of accommodation, there is also some more unusual accommodation, such as bulles (type of transparent bubbles), one yurt, one Campétoile, two Coco Sweets and three Coco Duos . Those pitches are spacious (between 80 m2 and 130 m2) and all have electricity. Two pitches are paved and are intended for motorhomes.
Entertainment and amenities
On the camping site children can enjoy themselves in the playground with various kinds of playground equipment. Furthermore, there is a table tennis table and a table football game. In addition to the usual sanitary facilities, there is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The small shop stocks basic supplies and a few local products. In the snack bar you can buy drinks and snacks, of course. In the mornings you can get breakfast here. There are also two charcoal barbecues on the camping site.
Especially for hikers and cyclists
This camping site is eminently suitable for hikers and cyclists. Special packages are available for these sports enthusiasts. These all-inclusive packages include a one night accommodation, dinner and breakfast. You can do this with your own tent or with a Campétoile, Coco Sweet or mobile home.
