Camping de Santenay is located in the southern part of French Burgundy. The campsite, which is located near the village of Santenay, has all of the characteristics that make this region so special. On the site you'll stay in a quiet and wooded environment and from the campsite you look out over the hills and vineyards of the Cote de Beaune.

A beautifully situated site. Campers have option of a large open field or shaded pitches surrounded by trees. The sanitary facilities are adequate andreasonably clean, but are just a little dated, and are in need of maintenance relating to leaking drains and taps which do not function correctly. The facilities for washing crockery and cooking pans are poor, and the water is only slightly warm. Whilst I was there the site internet did not work.

Great location - really close to a range of cycle paths / routes

The simplicity of the site is appreciated, a pitch for a tent is all I wanted, but the site went beyond my expectations. The staff were excellent, and made sure we were well looked after.

Amazingly beautiful area, very peaceful site. Was very happy to see that the hedges had been cut (since my last review?!). A very attractive, quiet site.
