Camping Des Étangs is a quietly situated four star resort measuring only two hectares. You camp here at an elevation of almost two hundred metres and at a ten minute walk from the friendly, historic town of Aubigny-sur-Nère. In this region (the Sologne) you will find tranquillity, nature, castles, vineyards and an extensive array of historical heritage. The campsite is popular with both couples and families. The campsite has a very modest, but well-tended swimming pool. Some ten steps further you will find the elegantly situated lake, a swimming, fishing and recreational water in one.

Well-kept campsite with swimming pool and toddler pool (heated). Nice sanitary facilities. Located near a fish pond. Demarcated spacious pitches, mainly with shadow.

2 semaines très agréables et de découvertes dans cette belle région. Aubigny est une petite ville fantastique où l'on peut y aller à pieds depuis ce merveilleux camping très bien entretenu et des emplacements à vous couper le souffle. Propriétaires et personnel au top de l'accueil (même sous la pluie). Marche, vélo, visite de châteaux, beauté du site..., sans oublier le restaurant du camping, vous ne pouvez pas vous ennuyer

de grote plaatsen. het nette sanitair, goed onderhouden

Spacious places with trees for shadow, friendly people, Aubigny-sur-Nère only a walk away for shopping and sightseeing. Clean enough bath rooms with enough room for everything like towels and clothes when showering. Nice restaurant on the camping site and various activities like movie night or donkey riding for kids offered during the week.
Sink for washing dishes was sometimes left dirty from previous people. Second somehow older bathroom not as good as the other one (missing hairdryer and paper towels for example)

Spacious and shaded pitches for camping and a good selection of cabins to hire. Excellent pool, restaurant and bar with activities for adults and children. It's lovely to walk into Aubigny and around the lakes, with bicycle hire available too. Really excellent campsite.
