Camping La Vallée de l'Indre is a true oasis of peace and quiet and countryside, located on the banks of River Indre. This exceptional location offers stunning views and the possibility to enjoy the natural beauty of the Loire Valley. It is a region also known as 'the garden of France' due to the many (botanical) gardens. Located at only a few kilometres south of the iconic city of Tours, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay with family, friends or as a couple.

One not to miss. Stayed last year and everything was perfect, arrived in our campervan the day before they opened this year and bless them all and especially the boss as he very kindly let us in to stay with the showers on, water, everything we needed. The whole of the staff are so friendly (their English is better than my French i am ashamed to say) and helpful you really don't need to go anywhere else, with a beautiful setting next to the river. Village a 5 min walk away and large supermarket 5mins walk. Would go no where else in this area.

BRILLIANT CAMPSITE WITH ALL THE FACILITYS YOU NEED. EXCEPTIONAL STAFF WHICH MAKE YOUR STAY ENJOYABLE. BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO PLEASE. WELL RECOMENDED. STAYED HERE 10 NIGHTS IN 2024. SUPER SETTING NEXT TO THE RIVER WITH SHADE OR OPEN SITES. WELL DONE.

Lovely site, great staff with good English,grass pitches,pool, no food apart from a sandwich van and bottled drinks in reception. This site is missing a trick not having a cafe and bar, also why the hell would you start an outside disco at half eight on a Sunday night just when young kids have been put to bed and weary travellers are trying to wind down? I was intending staying here a few days but this is my first night and last due to the noise, I’m off in the morning to a quieter site nearby.
