Camping in a peaceful environment and wooded setting, right next to a lovely recreational lake with a large sandy beach. That's what Seasonova L'Étang de la Vallée Campsite stands for. This campsite is located in the Loire Valley (Loiret department), in the wooded area east of Orleans. Here, you can take numerous scenic biking and hiking trips, while the aforementioned lake offers opportunities for swimming and boating.

Spacious pitches with natural boundaries

At the front of the campsite, you'll find the reception where you'll be welcomed by friendly managers. The pitches at this site are of varying sizes, although they are generally spacious. They are separated by hedges and trees. Thirty sites have been stabilised and thus made ready for RVers. Pets are welcome on pitches, but not in rental accommodations.

Visit the local produce market

In high season, you can get bread and some groceries and take-out at this campsite. In addition, in July and August, there's a fun local produce market at the campsite every week. For extensive shopping, it's best to drive to the village of Fay-aux-Loges. That will take you about fifteen minutes.

From outdoor recreation to old-fashioned board games

When you stay at L'Étang de la Vallée, you certainly don't always have to leave the grounds for recreation and relaxation. Among other things, this campsite offers miniature golf, table tennis, a playground and a bocce court. You can borrow table tennis paddles and bocce balls at the reception. In addition, they lend out various board games there. Always fun, especially for days with not so nice weather!

"Very nice, situated near Lake, campsite. Large sandy beach, supervised swimming and extensive cycling opportunities. Spacious plots with electricity. Dutch spoken."

Liked - Lovely area
Disliked - Booked in asked for tokens for washing machine was told there was no washing machine was showed on map where to go opposite the shower block not on nature as booked told to keep front wheels on road as soft (good advice and no one’s fault as lots of rain) went to wash up after meal tried all sinks no hot water then to shower no hot water let water run but freezing and showers had not been used for a very long time.
Went to reception but no one around so slept that night and packed up and left the next morning as i had no electric and no shower in my van booked 3 stayed one no facilities
