We have used this site for years; it is in a great location for an overnight stay and is run very efficiently. It has rectangular, flat pitches with high hedges and good tarmac lanes between each row. Be aware that they can't take twin axles and caravans over 7m long. It as got a lot more popular recently and is often full so booking ahead is strongly recommended. The water points could be more plentiful and have proper taps rather than push buttons you have to hold in for ages as the flow is modest. The toilet facilities were being rebuilt while we were there so are presumably now even better. It's on the river and has access to it, so can be used for water leisure. There is a small restaurant and bread and pastries can be ordered for the morning, but they don't arrive very early so don't book any if you want to leave before 09:00. The town itself is of course famous for Champagne. It's pretty peaceful but I wouldn't regard it as a destination site.

Lovely for a 2 night stopover. 30 minutes walk into Epernay town. Champagne lovers must walk up the Avenue de Champage, where all the champagne houses are. Good size flat pitches. We have a large unit and had plenty of space. Would recommend
