Well maintained municipal site. Toilets clean. Some shady pitches, some not so. No amenities in local village and 12 mile drive to Reims. Friendly site staff.
Excellent campsite. Secure. Great location for visiting the champagne region. Our 3rd visit here, always find it very clean and well kept. Staff very helpful and friendly. A visit from a local boulongerie in a morning makes a suberb start to any day..
A pleasant site with clean sanitary facilities, grass and trees, and a visiting boulanger. Easy access from the Motorway, and near Rheims.
We stayed here two nights and took the train into Reims. It was a 2km walk to the train station which was no problem. The location of this campsite was good and our pitch was already allocated to us. Check in was efficient. Booking is recommended especially in Peak times. There was a bread van each morning. The reason for the low mark for the staff was two fold. Firstly they didn't have anything much to do and secondly they when I asked about the train station the lady didn't know there was one. Take toilet rolls to the bathroom we would use this site again.
Prima camping. Ondanks bordje "complet" kregen we voor onze kleine camper toch een plekje van de vriendelijke madame. Lekkere baguettes, croissants en pain au chocolat van de bakker.
Very good site only thing missing was a camp shop and restaurant. However excellent value for money.
This is a lovely campsite situated in a quiet village. The pitches are of good size and most have electric hook up. The toilet block is very clean and modern. The only criticism of the toilets was there was not a lot of them and it got quite congested on our visit. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. This is great for a single night or a longer stay with the view to visiting parts of the champagne region
This campsite was lovely. The staff were very friendly, the grounds were grassy and easy to pitch in. General relaxed atmosphere. Only downside was the showers push tap was very short so made it a bit difficult. Would stay again!
A small quiet site in a very rural location. It is a very pretty well kept site. Motorhomers make sure you have all the supplies you need - reception doesn't sell anything - bread man calls at site in morning but no shop within walking distance except the patisserie/general store where the bread man comes from which is about an hours walk.
The site gets very busy with overnighters - reception is closed til 4 but they let you in to choose your pitch which is quite difficult as they are not defined at all people just seem to park anywhere and at odd angles. Also not very level pitches. There are only 2 showers and 2 toilets in the ladies and the same in the men's - hardly enough for the number of pitches and no toilet paper!!!
Short cut into village - take the track that runs beside the site til you get to a road turn right short walk into Val de Vesle which is a very neat village.
Delightful but slightly eccentric site. Reception very good. Sanitaire needed more toilets and basins - and this was a quiet night in early June - but were clean and tidy. No marked pitches so very random pitching in long grass and amongst trees.
Instructions said to leave the Autoroute at J26 BUT as the new ring road has been completed this is not correct. We had to go down to just north of Chalon en champagne to leave the A26 before we could get off and then head back north.
