Camping Les Chalets du Lac Belcaire is located in an extraordinary area in the south of France. This is the country of the Cathars, in the foothills of the Pyrenees and only 50 kilometres from the border with Andorra and Spain. The campsite is next to Belcaire Lake and is open all year round. In the winter, you can enjoy the snowy mountains and participate in fun winter sports activities. The campsite has spacious pitches as well as rental accommodations. There is plenty to experience at Camping Les Chalets du Lac Belcaire. Enjoy the tennis court, the ping pong table, play board games in the games bar or go for a swim in the swimming pool or the lake.

Swimming pool has a really fun water slide that our kids loved. Also billiards table was fun.
There was no shade or privacy at all on our pitch. Dogs wondered through our pitch and did their business next to our washing line. They play music at the pool all afternoon and evening which we can hear at our pitch. The lake was disappointingly small and full of algae and weed - not pleasant for swimming in. Not enough toilets or showers (in August) so you have to wait ages to use them.
