The area is beautiful, the local spa town is fabulous with lots to do. Huge amounts of cycling, walking and activities in the area. The pitches were decent with shade, a very handy intermarche right next to the campsite too.

Shower blocks, a big one at reception but very dated and not great. A fabulous one in the centre of the campsite but very small, this was everyone’s main choice and it was very busy. Only 3 showers and 2 toilets! There was a 3rd block with 1 shower and 2 toilets, dated and quite dirty. The pool was very small for the campsite and the area around the pool with sunbeds needs some attention. On the hottest day, people were just stood in it to cool down, a bizarre sight! There was an ice cream selling facility by the pool but it was never open.

Professional, well organised site. Perfect for families - lots to do. BUT large site with little privacy between reasonably flat pitches. Water points are awkward as access roads are narrow and manoeuvring can be difficult. If you want peace and quiet this is not the site for you in high season. Handy large supermarket but lots of noise from delivery vehicles in the very early morning and also road noise. Handy for cyclists riding the Col de Peyresourde, Col de Portillon and Super Bagnères...
