On a large lake in the Vendée, five kilometres from Montaigu and half an hour's drive from Puy du Fou, you’ll find Flower Camping du Lac de la Chausselière. Here you can camp in a landscape with vast fields. Go for one of the green touring pitches or choose a separate rental accommodation by the lake. The campsite is suitable for families with children, who can take a dip in the pool, but also for those looking for peace and quiet. On the shores of the lake you can enjoy peaceful fishing.

Camping near the water

The campsite is situated in a quiet area directly on the water. Well-paved paths lead to the eighty spacious to very spacious touring pitches with a grassy ground and the thirty rental accommodations. Both the touring pitches and the accommodations are delimited by green hedges, so you will always find a pitch with privacy.

Chalets and tipi tent

Modern chalets and lodge tents are close to or near the water. Nice are the wooden chalets on legs, situated in a group near a small pond. And don't forget the tipi tent, furnished with a stove and a bedroom on the first floor. All accommodations are well-maintained and look neat.

Heated swimming pool

On the campsite you will find families with children as well as couples of all ages. Especially the indoor swimming pool, directly behind the restaurant, is popular with younger camping guests. The pool has a maximum depth of one and a half metres, so it is particularly suitable for the slightly older children. Of course adults can also swim here. Do take your Speedo with you, because you are not allowed into the water with swimming shorts.
