Camping du Port de Plaisance ligt enkele kilometers ten zuiden van de plaats Péronne (departement Somme). Je bent hier in het noorden van Frankrijk, zo’n zestig kilometer ten oosten van Amiens. Naast dat deze camping een heerlijke plek is om je vakantie door te brengen, leent de camping zich ook voor een groene tussenstop onderweg naar het zuiden. Je kampeert hier namelijk niet ver van de A1.

This camp site is located at a small marina near Peronne at a few kilometers from the A1. The grounds are flat with option to choose between whether or not shaded pitches. A lot of historical sites from the first world war.

Easy cycling from this site along the Somme canal. Gates closed at night.

We have enjoyed many stays here as it is so conveniently situated and NOT several kilometres from the town as a reviewer suggested ! It is just over 1 km The site is ideally positioned by the canal and within walking distance of a supermarket. Staff are friendly and accommodating and facilities always clean and easily accessed.

This site is very handy for the town, nice size pitches and excellent facilities kept to a high standard. The site managers are very accommodating and always with a smile I would definitely recommend this site .

lovely campsite in between 2 canals so lovely cycle paths along them. heated pool and really nice never crowded. we will stop there again
