Camping site La Baume/La Palmeraie is situated in a natural landscape only a few km from the Mediterranean. It is a holiday park consisting of two sections which overlap: camping site La Baume and mobile home Park La Palmeraie. You camp here with luxury facilities in a sunny part of France. Ideal for families with young children and teenagers.
The camping site is located in a perfect spot to explore the beauty of the Côte d’Azur. Apart from beautiful beaches, there are attractive towns such as Fréjus and St. Raphael, at only a 10-minute drive by car. The camping pitches for motorhomes, tents and caravans, all demarcated with vegetation, are spread over the spacious and wooded terrain. Camping site La Baume has quiet pitches but also pitches where it is slightly noisier. You can park your car safely at your campsite.
Paradise for swimmers
There are five outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated. For total relaxation there are also 2 jacuzzis, a whirlpool and a hammam in the indoor pool. Children up to age 5 have their own swimming pool. Or to put it another way: their own water paradise with colourful climbing equipment and a broad slide. If you visit in low season, the water is warm as well.
Activities all the time
If you stay at Camping La Baume, you will be assured of all kinds of fun, sporty and musical moments. The professional and multilingual entertainment team organises many activities for all ages each day. From a competition in the skate park, archery, weekly disco evening and aqua dancing lessons to games evenings and shows in the theatre cafe.

We spent two weeks here in early September so out of the high season so some features like the entertainment were discontinued. There was a small local circus one night each week but other than that nothing on site. The quality of this campsite is high, we have been staying here regularly for over 25 years and always find it good value. Over the past winter the electricity system was renewed with more amperage added so a bonus. We would recommend the site .
Went September 2018 10th eurocamp staff couldn\'t be bothered little knowledge of job area who what where found good hiding places put me off going this term of year again didn\'t wanted to be there end of season I never behaved like that when I worked for eurocamp
Arrived here expecting commercial, crowded, clinical... got wonderful, great value and fab! Staff lovely and very helpful, one even asked us to reconsider our pitch choice as plenty of spaces and ours by road ! Pools astounding, best I've seen, tho have to start queuing an hour before they open and some peeps wld run to poolside on opening and lay upto 8 towels before leaving, not returning for hours. Snack bar food awful, but restaurant down other end was amazing. Allowed to choose from loads of pitches, shade, trees, no trees.. All sorts and quite roomy. Lovely atmosphere, well stocked shops. Ran out of cocktails and other things as nr end of season. Ablutions great. Definitely returning !!!!
This is a specific type of site, massive, busy, family and especially child oriented with lots of entertainment, bars etc. We initially wanted to try it out but, on arrival with limited parking, difficult parking on arrival, difficult access to pitches on the narrow, busy site roads and very busy ambiance, we rejected it and went next door to Camping Frejus which suited us a lot better. It really depends on your needs which may be matched by this site, however ours were not.
