Ideal site to visit the small town, only 10 minutes bike ride away, and well worth visiting. Site is surrounded by vineyards and woods, with lots of footpaths. Facilities are new and well looked after, although toilets have no seats or paper. Great showers. Fantastic pool to cool off in. Plenty of shade.
Lovely quiet site within easy walking distance of town. Staff helpful on arrival. Toilet facilities clean and good showers. Electrics are a bit of a task to find if busy.
Lovely and quiet with lots of shade in amongst the mature trees. Staff very welcoming. Toilets new and clean (but bring your own paper!) Good atmosphere at the bar and restaurant is popular. Would definitely visit again.
A lovely site peace and quiet we stayed towards the end of the season when all was closing. Staff were very helpful. Ice bucket challenge for the Pool.
Would visit again
Warm welcome flat ample pitches slightly scruffy good night halt. Many problems in using roads to the site can be difficult for large caravans
This is one of the quietest campsite at night which induces a fabulous night sleep. Some pitches have sun some of the time the reminder have shade which is welcome during the hottest part of the day.
Showers and toilets well maintained. There is a bar and restaurant which we did not use but it looked very welcoming. Bread can be ordered the night before.
The walk into Chateauneuf-de-Pape (1.5km) is easy and the views of the countryside and of the chateau as you walk in is spectacular. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the village to watch the world go by and to savour the wine which tastes like nectar.
