Did email campsite and asked if we needed to book. Prompt reply which said no need and could pay cash/card on arrival. On arrival we were checked in by the campsite owner who spoke perfect English and was very polite. The pitch we were given was a grass pitch which was fairly level but did need to use blocks to make it level. Was electric supply on pitch which was included with the ACSI rate. There was a few hardstanding pitches which were not being used. The campsite grass and garden area's were well maintained. Had a feeling that the site may have been busier in years past as there were several buildings in poor repair or had been closed. Toilets and showers were functional but looked a bit old and need to be modernised. Was not allowed to use the pool as did no have Trunk style swimming shorts. The pool did look nice. Would stay again just for a overnight stopover. We stopped in Louviers town in the morning where there was a good selection of shops and Boulangerie's where we bought a lovely selction of baguettes and cakes.

friendly welcome upon arrival, owner spoke really good English. Got allocated a good size pitch which had 6amp electric. No problem getting my twin axle caravan on. Toilets are dated but nice and clean. Will use again when travelling in the area.

We should start by saying we only wanted this as an overnight stop to break along journey and the plan was to visit Rouen the next day. Booking by email was easy. When we arrived the barrier was down and we had to wait for the owner to appear (but not long). Booked in, they had allocated a pitch for us just up from the entrance but no briefing on toilets, motorhome service points, water, rubbish bins.....The office was otherwise not manned. The toilets are dated, smelly and full of flies and needed cleaning. It\'s a long time since we were on a site where your toilet paper has to go in a bin and not down the toilet. The swimming pool is being re-built. Signs on the gate say it will be ready for late July but from what I saw this seems very unlikely. The site has a basic restaurant (perhaps more of a cafe) that we saw a number of people using but we didn\'t use it ourselves. The motorhome service point seemed to be a small drain in the middle of some gravel. We never found dedicated drinking water taps. The site feels as if it\'s heyday was in the 1950\'s. It could potentially be excellent given it\'s facilities (restaurant, pool) but is desperately needs some money spent on it to bring the core facilities up to date.

A small woodland site with marked out pitches separated by trees/hedgerows and a good size but, site is undergoing a change as new owners trying to improve the current situation. The pool was empty and generally, site needs some further tlc. Shower was hot and fine, no toilet seats/toilet paper or hand towels/driers. Toilet disposal, dish washing and toilets all in same location. I would stay again but would like to see some further improvements
