Camping Lou Broustaricq is very close to the Étang de Cazaux et Sanguinet, one of the large lakes in the Landes department (southwest France). You can walk from this family-friendly, four-star campsite to one of the lake’s beaches. The campsite itself also has a beautiful swimming pool complex. Fun activities are organised during the high season and there are amazing hiking and cycle routes to follow through the woods around the lakes in the Landes department.

The site is so great for kids we felt so safe with our 3 kids cycling around and playing in the parks. The pool facilities are great and the proximity to the lake is unreal. We ate on site a couple of times and also used the pizzeria which was also fantastic. We had one of the new premium cabins are it was REALLY nice, spacious enough for 6 of us and the air conditioning was a dream.
The 2nd week of our stay wasn't as good as our first week. The season came to a very obvious end so in the 2nd week we experienced a lot of things closed, the site was very quiet and not much to do. Whilst we understand why services massively reduced, we didn't know this would happen so was a bit disappointing. The only other tiny gripe is the paving around certain areas of the pool. It's really bumpy stones and it's not nice to walk on in bare feet!

Twee wc van de zes, waaronder 1 kind wc, de achter riool buis eruit gepopt en later weer geducktaped. Na 20:30 hadden wij meerdere malen geen warm water. Ook niet voor de afwas. Wij hopen dat het in de winter wordt vervangen. Ook overal schimmel. Het was huis stond ook vrij ver van de kampeer plekken af, tussen de huisjes
Camping had wel een goede animatie die elke avond erg laat doorging. Huisregels staat andere dingen in over rust op de camping.
