You will find Camping l'Océan et Spa in the very heart of the island of Ile de Ré, near the charming fishing village of La Couarde-sur-Mer. This luxury campsite lies between the sea and the salt marshes that have made the island famous. The paradise island of Ile de Ré, just off La Rochelle, is one of the busiest holiday destinations in the Charente-Maritime. The campsite is centrally located; just fifty metres from the sea and five minutes from the centre of La Couarde-sur-Mer.

Very good campsite with, separated by hedges, spacious plots. Beautiful sandy beach at 50 m and a fish pond.

really nice site good size pitches. staff very helpful lovely pool area just across road from the beach which is really nice and straight onto cycle path from campsite

We Will Be Back. This was just a short week trip but we always enjoy the island bike paths and beach sunsets.
