I loved the location, so close to village and cable cars. The onsite restaurant was excellent.

The location of the campsite in Le Grand Bornand is perfect - close to the bus station and easy access to the town. Also, all the staff were very pleasant and friendly and everyone spoke excellent English.
More care could be taken maintaining the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. It was common for toilets to run out of paper and hand soap dispensers to be empty. The "old" block at the top of the site was very dark and there didn't appear to be any light switch or automatic on/off as people entered or left. Overall, the site resembled a car park and the pitches were close together. I was surprised that multiple campers/caravans were allowed to share a Comfort pitch. The ambience could easily be improved by some tubs of flowers and decorative shrubs.
