Campsite La Mer is located in Cap d’Agde, the coastal area of the southern French city of Agde. The campsite is situated almost right on the Mediterranean coast, which makes it a perfect home base for many days at the beach. Furthermore, the campsite is an ideal starting point for city trips. From Cap d’Agde, you can get to beautiful French cities such as Carcassonne, Narbonne and Montpellier in no time. If you need to get some grocery shopping, then go on the bike! The local shops are very easy to reach.

When I phoned to ask if there was space to stay the following day, Geraldine was very helpful and spoke in English. When we arrived she was mist welcoming and helpful. As we’re comfortable here and love the area we have extended our stay. We’ll have to move our pitch but that’s not been a problem even at such short notice.
