In Charmes, situated in the Vosges (not far from Nancy), you will find the two-star campsite L'île aux mille Charmes. The Vosges is a touristy, hilly region with numerous lakes and extensive walking and cycling paths and mountain biking possibilities. The campsite is situated on the strip of land -it cannot really be called an island- between the Canal des Vosges and the Moselle river. It is a very quiet, green oasis five minutes' walk from the town centre. The campsite is opened from April to October.

personnel agréable, serviable et à l'écoute des problèmes et demandes - Camping situé à proximité de la ville facilité de s'y rendre à pied - Très pratique pour les commandes de produits pour petites déjeuners ou restaurations Animations rien à redire Les informations sont très précises A recommander J'y retournerai sans problème très vite c'est déjà prévu J'ai séjourné dans des 4 étoiles et je n'ai pas trouvé le confort , la convivialité l'accueil et le contact comme dans ce camping

Location is great, nestled between 2 rivers with only a short walk into the village. Shower and toilet blocks are very clean. Guy at check-in was great, very helpful, polite and patient.
Limited amount of shade, we were fortunate because it was not busy.
