Camping ligt in een mooie omgeving net buiten het dorp. Het is gerealiseerd begin jaren `80 en sindsdien niet meer gemoderniseerd. In het niet goed schoongemaakte sanitair gebouw kom je lekkende kranen tegen en een WC spoelbak die weigert dienst te doen. Warm water bij douchen kost extra en nadat je het muntje ingooit en de juiste temperatuur instelt met de verouderde mengkraan, is het warm water alweer op! Zelfs voor het afwaswater dient men te betalen. Van de slagbomen die ooit bij de ingang stonden zijn er allen nog maar de palen over. Er is dus een vrije in- en uitloop dag en nacht, wat zorgt voor een onveilig gevoel. Verder zijn er geen voorzieningen en voor kinderen is er weinig te doen.. Naast de camping ligt een gemeente zwembad. De verzorging in en rondom de camping laat te wensen over, de beheerder is nergens te bekennen. Als je je verblijfkosten wilt betalen, moet je de eigenaar - op tijd - opbellen, dan komt hij langs.
