Ma Belle, on this campsite in May 2017

Travelling party: Couple

We arrived in the afternoon at about 17h. The opening hours of the reception office startet, that on weekdays the office is only open in the morning. I called the number given for arrivals outside opening hours. The person I reached told me that the camping was closed that day. As we were not allowed to stay we did the trip to this camp site with no alternative sites close by for nothing

Reaction from the campsite October 24, 2017

Hello Ma Belle,
we are sorry, that you didn´t get a pitch in May this year. We only can imagine, that there was a misunderstanding on the phone, because our campsite is opened every day, the hole year, it is never closed! Ususally I am on the phone when someone calls the mobile number. If it isn´t possible for me to come to the reception in that special moment, I always give an instruction how to get to the pitch. The only thing I can imagine is, that we were full and therfore weren´t able to give you a pitch. I´m really sorry for that misunderstanding and would be glad to see you at our campsite again.
