Erfurt is one of Germany's most beautiful cities. Campingpark Erfurt is an excellent starting point for anyone wanting to admire the historic centre of Erfurt (Thüringen). This campsite is in a quiet setting at only three kilometres from the centre.

Clear laid out site with mainly camping and motorhome pitches

The campsite is neatly landscaped and well-maintained. You can stay here on a motorhome pitch or on the tent camping field. You can of course also book a pitch at Campingpark Erfurt. If you want to visit this campsite without your own camping equipment, stay in one of the lovely hiker's cabins.

Own shop and close to T.E.C. Erfurt

Next to reception, there is a small shop where you can get a range of basic necessities. If you want to do an extensive shop, you are best walking or driving to the T.E.C. Erfurt indoor shopping centre.

New, top-quality toilet and washing facilities

The toilet and washing facilities at Campingpark Erfurt are new, modern and well-maintained. The toilet block also contains a toilet-shower combination for the disabled. You can also hire private bathrooms and family bathrooms.

Visit Erfurt's Altstadt or go for a lovely walk in the woods

What can you see and do in the Altstadt of Erfurt? Well, there is the Krämerbrücke for example. This is a bridge on which beautiful, authentic houses have been built. Be sure to keep walking to the Domplatz.

If you are looking for a day trip of a totally different calibre, go for lovely walks or bike trips in the forests to the south and southeast of this city.

Travelling party: Couple

Nice campsite with immaculate shower and toilet facilities. However, the price is absurd. The pitches are fine, however, when you have another camper or caravan next to you it becomes difficult for both to use your awning; there just isn’t enough space. Again, the costs to stay at this campsite are way over the top (especially for first week of April) compared to available facilities.
