Camping Sikia is a very well-maintained campground located in a beautiful landscape. The campground is located on the Pagasetic Gulf, on the surprising and green Pilion peninsula. The campground lies between the villages of Kato Gatzea and Kala Nera in a large olive grove. The terraced campground offers beautiful views, a beach, sports fields and a good restaurant with a bar right on the beach.
Stylish and spacious
The reception is always occupied by someone from the Pandeli family. The marked sites are to the left and right of a paved road on the terraces. Families of various nationalities, with children of all ages, and seniors will feel right at home here. You'll notice the large number of visitors who come back every year. The campsites all have shade from the old olive trees or shade nets. Some are very spacious and separated, others are a bit smaller and some terraces are non-separated sites for campers with a tent.
You access the sandy beach of Camping Sikia along the shady olive grove located at the front of the campground. There is a cliff beach suitable for snorkeling and swimming. The taverna and the bar are in a lovely location on the beach. There is a supermarket in the same building, where you'll certainly want to try the olive oil and honey.
Greek and international
The restaurant, with a beautiful view of the bay, offers a wide choice of Greek and international dishes. In addition to a big menu, there is a daily changing menu of traditional Greek dishes. The sanitary facilities, a large central sanitary block and smaller ones spread out over the property, are large and clean, even in the high season.

As a experience I couldn\'t ask for more. Friends and beach in the perfect spot. It was my first time in Greece and my experience was really happy in Sikia campsite. The location is one of my favorite things, surrounded by a beautiful beach and really charming mountains which makes you feel in contact with nature.
On the other hand staff is so nice that makes you feel so comfortable and glad of being there. The campsite is really comfortable and the facilities are always clean.
Counts with a bar and restaurant with spectacular dishes and the best freddo espresso!
I highly recommend this place for a well deserved vacations and to spend high quality time with family and friends.!
The campsite was an amazing experience, everything was beautiful, well organized and comfortable, the people in other tents were very kind and friendly as well as the staff, which always show a smile and were ready to help out.
During my trip, the beach was sunny everyday and there were clear skies at night.
The restaurant serves incredible local dishes and desserts under the shade of olive trees. My personal favorite, the octopus :)
As a group of 6 friends I could only say it was an amazing experience, the camping is beautiful and relaxing, there is a restaurant and a bar with an stunning view of the sea, the beach is right there also and not rocky at all I think that is one of the things I liked the most, the sea is sandy and low until more or less 8 meters from the shore so definitely a family beach without worries for kids or people who cannot swim (like me).
The food of the restaurant it was very tasty actually I can\'t decide my favourite dish...my recommendation is to try or ask for the waitress who help us a lot, and the desserts as well. Ohh and for the bar I recommend the cocktail fo the house very good!!
The facilities of the camping are clean, organised and even though the place was full there was always showers available and we never had problems at all neither for the washing machine.
But I could say that my favourite part of the camping was the people, always kind with a smily, really cute people, I felt comfortable almost like home and I think that is one of the hardest part of a camping to make people feel comfortable, for me and my friends we were actually sad of left the place.
Best regards for the Sikia crew you\'re incredible, hope to see you soon! :)
Sikia camping was an amazing experience. I enjoyed it from the very first moment! The service is very personal and the owners make you feel as you were in home! Congrats for the good joob! I will absolutely recommend this place!
Very friendly Pandelli family great you and take you on tour of suitable places on terraced campsite to ensure you get good emplacement. We had great views of Pelion penisula. Amenities very well maintained. Great restaurant with good variety of Greek meals. Beach Sandy and seas calm. In six years touring Europe would rate up top of camps we have stayed. Great to have stayed.
This site was well presented, but We found it predominantly a campsite for Our German and Dutch brothers. I definetly would suggest it is not a site for British campers. The nieghbouring site Hellas would probably be more suitable to British campers both sharing the same excepeptional beach but more cosmopolitian
Being a family with two children (6 and 4) we travelled from Ioannina (NW Greece) to visit Camping Sikia, for the first time, from July 28 to August 4, 2015.
The experience was, overall, fantastic. Great facilities and services, spotlessly clean toilets, top price/quality, very good pitch and shaded camp places, playful and calm sea suitable for little children, but most importantly, excellent hospitality, real family atmosphere, friendliness and ready to help staff.
Camping Sikia is ideally located for visiting the Mount Pelion area, a place of unique beauty.
Hopefully this visit will be repeated in 2016!
We loved this campsite. We had a great site very close to the sea, taverna and mini market. Taverna and mini market both had a good selection of food, and there was no need to venture further for food. Only downside was it was quite a trek to the shower block, and up 50 steps!! The beach is narrow but the sea is lovely with hardly any sea urchins. Staff were v welcoming. There were plenty of kids and they all seemed to be having a great time.
Best choice in continental Greece. Perfect for relaxing week with friends or family.
Plus: nice terraced camping places with view on the sea. Camping places are shadowed by olive trees and added shadowing nets - very useful.
Toilets are clean. You can use for free also refridgerator to keep your beer or watermelone cold.
Sandy beach is clean and sea surface is calm due to location in the gulf - perfect for swimming and for children.
Minus: Long distance to main greek ancient attractions as Delphi, epidauros or Athens. One day to Delphi or Athens is possible but you have to count with very early morning wake up and night return. No water sports or disco available in the camp.
Overall comment: at beginning of July the camp was only half-full, so we had enough place and privacy on the camping ground. We have seen about 10 campings in Olimpic riviera, Pilios and Pelopones and this one was the best. And also cheapest, what is curiously, because best service.
Very very nice and artistic. One of the best choices for continental Greece. If you are a good quality traveler, do not hesitate to choose this camp.
