Direct aan het Markermeer, mooi beschut achter de dijk, ligt camping Zeevangshoeve. Op deze kleinschalige boerderijcamping kampeer je in het groen, met uitzicht op de uitgestrekte weilanden rondom. Het verzorgde kampeerterrein is ruim opgezet. Via de trap over de dijk kom je bij een recreatiestrandje aan het Markermeer. Je kunt er heerlijk zwemmen en er zijn volop watersportmogelijkheden. Zowel Edam als Volendam, Monnickendam en Marken liggen op fietsafstand.
