Campsite is located next to the castle, a 1.5 km-walk to the centre of Cong, a historic village. The film ‘The Quiet Man’ was recorded in the area. Sporting activities, such as fishing, canoeing. Walking park and cycle route in the centre.

A site to use when visiting Ashford Castle and Gardens. Very near the little village and within a five minute walk of the Castle & Gardens. Very near the lake for boat trips and fishing. The Gardens and Tea Rooms are a must as well as the forest walks. Wonderful drive to Killary Harbour
