Magnificent, clean, neat campsite near the N70. More than enough to do in the area. The campsite offers plenty of information about activities.

The site is in a good location close enough to walk to the village with shops and restaurants (we recommend Emilie's for good pizza). We had our bikes and were also able to cycle to Rossbeigh Strand, which is a great beach. There was a warm welcome on arrival and the pitches are reasonably spacious and well laid out, though ours was a little tricky to get on to with our 8m motorhome. There is a useful dining and kitchen/washing up area (mainly used by campers) and a small games room with pool tables. Our only complaint was having to pay a euro for a 7 minute shower (including undressing time) when we had already paid a premium to stay there. This wouldn't have been so bad had the system actually worked correctly, but more than once it did not and a cold shower resulted. We ended up showering in our motorhome instead, which not everyone will have the luxury of. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and this area of Ireland is beautiful.
