The modestly sized terraced campsite, Camping La Genziana, is situated in the heart of the Abruzzo National Park. That means camping with views of the mountains, fresh mountain air and the tranquillity of nature all around you. Lake Barrea is about three kilometres away, a lovely spot for a walk or an afternoon by the water. Walking trails pass nearby, and historic towns such as Barrea (800 m) and Alfedena (9.5 km) are just around the corner.
