Bij het plaatsje Pineto, aan de kust in de Abruzzen, vind je de langgerekte en rustige Camping International Torre Cerrano. Je bent hier in een streek waar nog geen sprake is van massatoerisme. Bij de receptie van de gemoedelijke camping word je meestal welkom geheten door de vriendelijke eigenaar Manlio Ruggieri, anders door zijn personeel. Vooral Italiaanse gezinnen komen graag op Torre Cerrano. Dit heeft alles te maken met de ligging van de camping: bij een zandstrand aan een prachtige zee met de status van beschermd natuurgebied. Maar ook de camping zelf hecht belang aan de bescherming van het milieu. Zo worden campinggasten gestimuleerd om zuinig met water om te gaan.

this camping passes the filter \'quiet during the night\' when it\'s just besides the national railway and high-speed trains pass by in the middle of the night. Honestly all campings on the Adriatic cost should not pass that requirement. Are filters actually verified by ACSI or are they just a self-declared marketing tale by campings themselves ?
