Reception welcoming and friendly; all staff very approachable and friendly. The kids loved the pool, and made a few new friends. The whole feel was pleasant and enjoyable. Very relaxing.
Despite being told that the animation for kids would be available, it wasn't for the time we were there. It wasn't a huge problem, but would have been an extra positive point for the kids.

Very friendly reception staff. Great location with lovely walks and nearby attractions.
1) ACSI discount wasn't available when booking online, so I over-paid versus if I hadn't made a reservation. Unacceptable. Staff tried to fix the issue but without success. Better to not reserve and pay less. Pre-booking is effectively penalised, which is crazy. 2) Load noise from the nearby shooting range every day from 15:30-19:30. We had to leave the campsite during these times to avoid the noise. Would avoid in future.
