Oh dear, where do we start. very disappointing, this is part of the large BAIA group, probably for us, never to used again. it was end of season, so in some respects things can be justified, such as the wonderful looking pool being closed. But the sanitary facilities were simply awful, not enough and not located anywhere near our expensive “Paradise Pitch” location, for which we paid a. lot for nothing other than a sea view. A very long walk to the nearest toilet/shower block and the dishwashing facilities, such that we washed everything in the Motorhome. The showers and toilets were in together, in the same cubicle, not something I’m particularly keen on. The staff were not particularly helpful, and did a bare minimum. the location was a bit isolated and whilst there was supposed to be access from the site down a path to the shore, this path access was closed at this part of the season. so whilst lots of walkers going past, doing the coast walk, we couldn’t access that path. the only access was from the tourist information building 15 minute walk away but that was too treacherous a descent for our very capable dog to manage, let alone us. The site generally wasn’t well managed and was very untidy, at the price we paid it was frankly appalling.
