The Italian Camping Village Pino Mare lies on the Adriatic coast. It has the advantage of being directly on the sea, but there's also a huge (saltwater) swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. There's an extensive entertainment programme, so there's enough to keep you busy. And if you want a special trip, then Venice is just an hour's drive from the campsite. In the north east of Italy, where the Tagliamento river flows into the Adriatic, you'll find Camping Village Pino Mare, in the town of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The town is situated on a headland, between the Gulf of Venice and the Laguna di Marano.
Comfortable or extra comfortable?
The shady camping pitches are spacious and there's lots of greenery on the camping grounds. There are many different categories of camping pitch: standard, maxi comfort and premium. All pitches have water, electricity and television connections, as well as free wifi. If you're camping with a tent, you'll be on a standard pitch. If you're visiting with a caravan or a mobile home, you can choose from all three options.
At this campsite, your neighbours will likely be families with children. The facilities are perfect for young children, and that's what the campsite focuses on too, in particular with the entertainment. It's a lively campsite, where lots of activities are organised. Guests come from Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria and even Italy itself.
The campsite offers a private beach with supervision. There are plenty of parasols available for the guests. The beaches are wide, and the sea descends slowly from the beach, which is ideal if you're on the beach with young children.
