Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

We have travelled extensively through UK and Europe and experienced the good and the bad and this would be the worst. We of course don\'t expect toilet seats and toilet paper it seems to be the norm but the toilets and buildings were in terrible condition. This site was the most expensive we have been to anywhere in Europe. There was very loud Karaoke until early hours of the morning and no curfew for noise.
The site is run down. No services for motor homes were offered, if they were even available? We were also not allowed to pay at arrival as we needed to be on the road early. We were assured that the office would be available from 7 am but when we got to the gate no one was there and they only people able to take payment wasn\'t on site, he didn\'t turn up until 8:30 am. They have ACSI stickers on the door or the office. They don\'t accept ACSI cards instead of holding passports and no discounts of course because it\'s peak season.
The site I feel is best avoided.

Despite what the acsi guide says, we arrived here on 6th May to find it closed and likely to remain so till June!!!
