I found this an excellent campsite. Ideally located to visit Milan with a bus stop outside. There is a water theme park next door and if my children had travelled with me it would have been perfect. Lovely laundry facilities and showers were great. I had a lovely meal on site on a Monday evening after being out all day in the City so I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Very friendly reception staff who spoke English which I was so grateful for and explained everything that I asked. Considering I was staying in a city there was no noise and the huge trees gave excellent shade for my van throughout the day. I would love to return one day with all the family for a longer stay.

Surroundings
Well located for access to Milan by bus and metro train, and very good sanitary facilities with plenty of hot water and generally kept clean. But that is about it for the positives. The pitches are poorly marked out and with so many randomly scattered trees it was surprisingly hard to find a suitable pitch for a large Motorhome without taking up effectively 2-3 pitches. Ground surface was just all mud, access paths in poor quality tarmac/gravel, but no grass or proper hard-standing, would hate to be there in the rain. There is a real mosquito problem, very bad, it seems to be located on marshland which may explain why, but alleged preventative treatment by site team clearly not effective. Could not sit outside in the evening without being eaten alive. Security is possibly an issue - the gated entrance was quite intimidating also didn’t like fact they retain your passport for the whole duration of your stay.
