Midden in bergen van Zuid-Tirol, tussen de appelboomgaarden, ligt camping Passeier. Op deze Italiaanse camping aan de voet van de Hirzerberg word je omringd door schitterende beboste bergwanden. De camping ligt vlak na de Jaufenpas. In de buurt (10 km) vind je Meran, ook wel Merano genoemd. Je zult zien dat veel plaatsnamen meerdere varianten hebben. Je bent namelijk in Italië, maar de voertaal in het Passeierdal is voornamelijk Duits.
