This was a very busy campsite with few pitches. A big site with café/restaurant serving pizzas and hot dogs. Surrounding area very pretty. Just the one night here but a good place to use as a base for the surrounding region.
A lovely site located right on the lake with a heated swimming pool. Our first 10/10 site during our 3 month travels. The acsi pitches are smaller but you can upgrade to next size to get a lovely large pitch. Brilliant sanitary facilities spotlessly clean as they are power washed every day. Free wifi. Good campsite restuarant. Friendly helpful staff who speak many languages. You get a free guest card that allows you free use of the local transport inc. train as well as entry to many attractions for free. You are able to walk to the next village along the lake and there are lots of popular restaurants along the front, the Italians came on mass at the weekends for dinner. There are brilliant cycle paths all around that take you for miles either way to explore, suitable for children too and those who are not bike fit. Easy access. Heated swimming pool was lovely. Nothing bad to say about site. Came for 2 nights and stayed 9...
The camp site is quite small and is very busy in the season, it has a selection of pitches - the CC ones are the smallest but quite adequate. Water and electricity are all close at hand, the wifi is slow but it does work!! Not a lot of shade but plenty by the lake which is excellent for swimming. Nice bar and restaurant by the pool. The toilets are very good, and clean due to the constant cleaning with pressure washers which could be annoying if you are next to them.
