Camping Am Mühlenteich ligt bij het plaatsje Lingerhahn in de Hunsrück, een heuvelachtig en bosrijk gebied tussen de Rijn en de Moezel. De dalen van de Rijn en de Moezel liggen op korte afstand en bieden prachtige landschappen, oude stadjes, burchten en wijngaarden. In de Hunsrück zelf kun je mooi wandelen en fietsen.
