Camping de Blikvaart in Sint Annaparochie is located in the middle of the Frisian countryside, on the Elfsteden sailing route. Here you will camp in peace surrounded by panoramic views and water. The campsite is ideal for fishermen, cyclists and families who love the outdoors. Children can play with animals, ride ponies or go on a tractor ride adventure. For an outing, visit the Wadden Sea or Leeuwarden.

Spacious pitches and special accommodation

The campsite has spacious pitches, some of which are right by the water. Don’t have your own camping equipment? Choose a holiday house or one of the atmospheric gypsy wagons. Group accommodation for 22 people is also available. All accommodation is simply but comfortably furnished, giving you all the comforts you need.

Facilities for young and old

There is plenty to do on the campsite. Children can have fun with trampolines, go-karts and the sandpit. The waters of the Blikvaart invite swimming and trout fishing. Want to discover Friesland in a fun way? Then hire a Solex bike.

Discover Friesland from the water or by bike

Want to know what there is to do in the vicinity? Leaflets with tips for excursions are available in the toilet and shower building. The immediate surroundings of the campsite are perfect for cycling and boating trips. You can easily sail to Franeker (18 km) or Bartlehiem (25 km), two well-known spots on the Elfsteden sailing route.

Prefer to go to the coast? At the Wadden Sea (8 km), you can go on lovely walks or a boat trip to the islands. For a day of shopping, visit the bustling city of Leeuwarden (16 km).
