Camping Recreatie- & Hertenboerderij De Weerd is near the village of Nijbroek in Gelderland, somewhat northwest of Deventer. With the Veluwe so close by, you are in the right place here if you love nature. But the immediate surrounding area is also very beautiful, with its various farms and estates. The campsite itself is located on the site of a deer farm. Be sure to camp here with your children, who will love these cute animals. With plenty of opportunities for play, they will amuse themselves the entire holiday!

Camping and renting

The pitches are set up in two opposing rows with playground equipment in the middle. You will be camping in peace and quiet at this well-maintained campsite. In addition to pitches for tents, trailer tents and caravans, there are several paved motorhome pitches. For those without camping equipment, lodge tents (for 4-7 people) or mobile homes are available. The lodge tents are set up safari style and have real beds.

Animal lovers

Do your children love animals? This deer farm will definitely be a big hit! In addition to deer, there are also alpacas, pigs, chickens and rabbits. The campsite has an extensive programme that enables children to acquire a farming diploma. They must help care for the animals. They can also mow grass and have fun with wheelbarrows and other work materials.

Other fun is possible on the multi-sports fields or on the jeu-de-boules course. A playground (indoor and outdoor sections), water playground and recreation area give even more activities to do. And the cherry on top? The entertainment programme in the high season!

Travelling party: Seniors

Goede kleinschalige boerencamping met welwillende jonge eigenaren en ouders.
Kindergroepen worden fijn rondgeleid en raken beter vertrouwd met dieren.
Ouderen hebben voorkeur met plaatsing op een van de velden.
Toiletcontainers kunnen bij de caravan worden geleegd in een rioleringstelsel.
