Campsite is stunning, with plenty for adults and children alike. The pool area holds 4 pools of varying depths and a splash zone, allowing for any age to enjoy. The entertainment is great and well suited for a family oriented campsite. Easy access to the river for those who enjoy fishing or fancy a dip. Easy access to nearby towns and the nearest Aldi and intermache are 15 mins away. On site bakery for freshly baked breakfast is a boon, although expect to pay more than local prices. The toilet/washroom facilities are cleaned regularly, there is a mix of newer/refurbished facilities, with the non refurbished ones feeling a bit dated, but that does not diminish their function The owners work on site and are often seen about with a smile and friendly works, and they conduct regular rounds through the night for quietness and security All in all a stunning campsite, well deserving of its 5 stars

Amazing campsite, we've returned 5 years in a row. Everything you need is catered for and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely surroundings by the river with lots of lovely walks and things to do, the campsite is run by a wonderful Dutch family who keep it spotless, beautiful pools, sauna, jacuzzi and facilities are 5* The on site restaurant does a set meal which is very good value for money and they have varied entertainment in the courtyard/bar area most evenings during July and August. Highly recommend you give this a try
