The campsite is an oasis of peace and quiet and only one hour's drive from the French capital of Paris. But you won't get bored here because there is plenty for active campers to do both at the campsite as well as in the direct vicinity.

The owner couldn’t have been nicer - so helpful. Obviously goes out of her way for people.
Site may need a bit of “freshening up” but it was the end of the season

Good location by the lake
Tiny showers, one toilet roll for the whole men’s block (never experienced this ever). No hand soap or dryers as well (basic hygiene requirements). The pitch was very uneven, even my parking ramps could not even out the pitch.

Warm, friendly helpful staff at reception - spoke English very well. Gave lots of information about the area, ideas of what to do and where to go.
Honestly I can't think of much. Maybe some more recycling bins around?
