Lovely setting - pitches private and peaceful- nice swimming pool - nice bar for a beer
We booked and had to pay in full but although we are ACSI members the discount was not given at time of booking and we can’t seem to get it afterwards

Would love to have stayed but had to change our arrival date so we telephoned to change the booking we paid for and spoke to the manager who changed it for us. But when we arrived on that date there was no record of this and the site was full so we had nowhere to go. This was our first time in France on our first night so had no idea of what else was available at that time of evening. The reception was excellent and called a couple of other sites a few miles away so we got some where to sleep. I would give her top marks, it was not her fault and she was very helpful. We also lost our payment.
It would be very nice if the manager could have at least told reception about our conversation with him and got them to change the date for us. It was not a nice experience to be told that we had nowhere to stay on our first time in France. They could have given us a refund.
