Camping Menina is gelegen in het hart van de Opper Savinja Vallei, in het noordelijke gedeelte van Slovenië. De camping wordt omringd door bergtoppen, bossen, boerderijen en kleine dorpjes. Op ongeveer twintig minuten rijden van de camping ligt het plaatsje Mozirje. Hier vind je enkele winkels en restaurantjes. Om bij de camping te komen, neem je vanaf de A1 Ljubljana-Maribor, afslag Sentrupert/Mozirje. Rijd dan in noordelijke richting naar de camping (circa twintig kilometer). In het dorpje Nizka sla je af naar de camping en kun je de bewegwijzering volgen. Je bereikt de camping via een klein dorpje langs de doorgaande weg. Laat de vakantie maar beginnen!

View details<p>All mobile houses marked XL have three bedrooms (6 + 1 persons, extra person sleeps on the couch). Of course, each mobile home also has a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, and a terrace. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and hob.</p><p>All mobile homes have air conditioning and heating and are therefore suitable for use in all seasons. Bed linen is already included in all cottages. You must bring towels and kitchen towels with you.</p><p> </p>

Leider waren zu der Zeit sehr wenige Camper auf dem sehr schönen Campingplatz. Das Wetter war schon sehr Herbstlich ! Da wir auch ein Trike mithatten ,haben wir auch noch einige Ausflüge gemacht. Wir hatten auf dem Platz auch sehr nette slowenische Nachbarn, Die sanitären Anlagen waren vorbildlich.
Auf der Rechnung wurden sehr viele Steuern aufgeführt ! Ist das nicht übertrieben !?
