The Camping Regio campsite is located in the Spanish village of Santa Marta de Tormes, on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Salamanca. You can bike there in less than twenty minutes. The campsite is part of a luxury hotel complex with all kinds of facilities. As a campsite guest, you may use these (sometimes for a fee). Here in western Spain, you'll be camping about a two-hour drive from Madrid and from the Portuguese border.

Really good all round facilities, plenty of them, very clean, well maintained. Spacious and level site with good selection of sun or shade on pitches. Lovely shop and cafe. Freindly, helpful reception.

We could choose our own pitch. The swimming pool was brilliant and the bathrooms were great too.
A dog walk is needed. Maybe a few trees on the middle pitches for shade too.

I really liked this site. Spotlessly clean facilities, grass pitches, a lovely, friendly, professional welcome and great to be able to catch the bus to Salamanca. We walked back along the river trail, about 1h 15 min. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
