The Camping Regio campsite is located in the Spanish village of Santa Marta de Tormes, on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Salamanca. You can bike there in less than twenty minutes. The campsite is part of a luxury hotel complex with all kinds of facilities. As a campsite guest, you may use these (sometimes for a fee). Here in western Spain, you'll be camping about a two-hour drive from Madrid and from the Portuguese border.

I really liked this site. Spotlessly clean facilities, grass pitches, a lovely, friendly, professional welcome and great to be able to catch the bus to Salamanca. We walked back along the river trail, about 1h 15 min. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely, well maintained, big site offering easy cycle routes or a direct local bus into Salamanca. A bar/restaurant and mini supermarket on site. I’d definitely recommend this site.
Maintenance work in the ladies shower block could have been advised to campers and an apology for the noise and disruption.

We stayed at Camping Regio for two night before heading south. The campsite staff are very welcoming and campsite site spotless. When we were there the trees were sheading their seeding and it looked at times as it was snowing.

Great, no nonsense site, great value, very nice staff, bus stop near reception makes it perfect (and cheap to get to Salamanca centre and back) Would definitely recommend!!
