Pueblo Blanco campsite is situated on the top of a hill in the Sierra de Cádiz. From many pitches you can enjoy spectacular views. This is a young campsite with neatly laid out pitches, a fine swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local dishes. We visited during Halloween weekend and the site was very full with lots of Halloween themed events. Everyone was having a great time. Unfortunately our stay also coincided with the DANA storm and we had 3 days of continuous rain. The site being on a hill didn’t suffer from any flooding. The reception staff speak little English but we got by ok. The shop is very small. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we visited. The bar and restaurant were good. There is a good cycle path into the lovely town of Olvera. We would certainly go again.

The campsite is in a beautiful location with superb views. However if you are looking for a peaceful stay look elsewhere. We were awakened at 11pm with exceedingly loud music being played. When asked for this to be dealt with the receptionist just kept pointing to a sign on the paperwork stating 'silence at midnight' completely ignoring to the sign that stated 'noise level at half level' and 'not disturbing other quests'. The receptionist was unhelpful and very vocal just shouting at us - awful experience, quite frightening! It would appear they cater more for teenagers who want to play loud music without any consideration for others
