The Swedish province of Halland is a mix of sandy beaches and forests. At First Camp Björkäng-Varberg, the forest and beach are within arm's reach. The campsite is just behind the dune area, at 50-metres walk from a child-friendly beach. Campers describe this campsite as quiet but with enough facilities and entertainment in the high season.

First Camp Björkäng-Vabeg is a campsite with both camping pitches as well as accommodation for hire. Here, you camp on grass and the pitches vary from between 80 to 100 m2. All camping pitches have electricity. Campers describe the toilet and washing facilities as modern and clean.

The small city of Varberg is about 15 kilometres from the campsite. This harbour region has a fort from the 13th century with the Halland Museum of Cultural History. The city is also known for its wellness centre.
