We stayed here for one night on our way home. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The pitch was large and had private lawned area with water next to motorhome. The site is beautiful with a cafe, small shop and beauty salon should you need it. Dog walking area was large and everything well kept and clean. The Ducks around the site where an added bonus. Great place to visit the many Stately homes, hope to return soon.

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

A wonderful four days spent here and we didn\'t want to leave. Facilities are lovely, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly helpful and very welcoming. The cafe/bar was a bonus and great value. Kids loved the play area, the games barn and the animals. We loved it so much we booked our next trip back there before we left.

Travelling party: Couple

We stayed here for a week for the fishing for me and the peace and quiet for my wife. There were quite a few units on site which were obviously there for long periods and there was some noise early in the mornings between 6 and 6.30 am as people went off to work and a fair bit of traffic when they came home. The pitch was very poor being very soft tarmac chippings which made siting the caravan difficult as the wheels sank into it. But the fishing was good.

Very pleasant quiet site. The staff are friendly and helpful. Sanitary facilities are immaculate and sufficient. In fact the entire site is really well maintained. The farm has pigs, goats, sheep and many other animals including a couple of Alpaca! Also on site is a small fishing lake. In the evenings there is a well marked cross field walk to the pub. My only negative is that it seemed low on children\'s activities, though as we didn\'t have children there may be more than it seemed.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Excellent campsite with a great park and facilities for families. Staff were very friendly, weather was fab for us but facilities would cater for poor weather as there is a large games room.
