Looking for an authentic, stylish Austrian campsite with a touch of luxury? Almtal Camp, just outside the friendly village of Pettenbach in Upper Austria, is then a great choice. This is an excellently maintained campsite with luxurious toilet and shower facilities, a very good restaurant and a large wellness centre. The campsite is located on the river Alm and only five kilometres from the A9 motorway, making it a good transit campsite.

Stylish campsite with adjoining hotel

That this is a stylish campsite becomes clear as soon as you drive onto the site. The drive is expansive and open, and at the entrance there is a hotel building that resembles a chic castle. This hotel has several luxury studios and apartments. The campsite itself offers both permanent pitches and spacious touring pitches. The area for permanent guests is separated from the tourist pitches. Are you passing through and want to drive off early the next morning with your motorhome? Then book one of the fast drive in / drive out pitches at the front of the campsite.

Do you want to fully relax and unwind on holiday? The WellnessWelt includes a Finnish sauna, bio steam sauna, infrared cabin and Kneipp bath. You will also find an indoor pool whose water is heated to 32 degrees. When the weather is nice, you can naturally swim in the heated outdoor pool. You can eat well in restaurant Florianistubn. Wat een verschrikkelijke camping, waardeloos, nooit meer naar toe!! Veels en veels te druk. Veels te weinig en zeer smerig sanitair. Neem 50 meter stroomkabel mee anders heb je geen stroom. Te duur voor wat men biedt. Toiletpapier op, alles zeer smerig, poep aan de bril, en dat was niet van kort daarvoor. Deze camping neemt veels teveel kampeerders op wat niet in verhouding staat tot de plaatsen. Je staat 2 meter van de andere kampeerder. Positief was alleen de vriendelijke dame bij de receptie. Advies; ga hier niet heen, dit heeft niets met kamperen te maken.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, freie Platzwahl mit dem Wunsch nicht abzukuppeln. Das Essen und er Service im Restaurant hervorragend.
Wir werden beim nächsten Mal länger bleiben um auch den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen.

zijn hier 1 nacht geweest maar leuke, mooie en grote camping. genoeg plek voor als je op doorreis bent. zwembad ligt aan terras en is aan de kleine kant maar wel netjes. sanitair is ook goed en schoon

Hoge prijs voor één camper met 2 personen, op een kale weide ver verwijderd van alles. Wel goed sanitair, water en stroom. Restaurant overvol, alle tafels zijn gereserveerd, anderhalf uur wachten om te kunnen eten.
Volgende keer zeker iets anders zoeken!

Voor ons de 3e keer dat wij deze camping hebben bezocht. Het was bijzonder slecht weer en we werden op het asfalt geplaatst; prima! Een goed restaurant, met heerlijk eten en vriendelijk personeel.

War schon auf vielen Plätzen aber hier fühle ich mich besonders wohl und willkommen und nicht erschlagen von einem gewimmel wie in einem bienenstock. Sehr ruhig und doch alles da was man braucht und will.

Ein wunderschönes Freiluft-Schwimmbad, das man rund um die Uhr nutzen darf und ein nagelneues Hallenbad vom Feinsten mit supermoderner Ausstattung und tollem Saunabereich! Vorbildlich und sehr empfehlenswert! Direkt daneben sehr gute Gastronomie!

Der Campingplatz war total überfüllt. Die Infrastruktur ist einfach nicht für so viele Camper ausgelegt. Anstellen bei Klo oder Dusche war an der Tagesordnung. Abfluss verstopft. Männer in der Damentoilette, weil diese nicht ordentlich beschriftet sind. Abwaschmöglichkeiten fürs Geschirr sind nur in den Damentoiletten - das nennt man Emanzipation. Gebäck war in der Früh regelmäßig ausverkauft. Schade um den ansonsten schönen Platz. Man sollte nicht ein Fußballfeld mit einem Campingplatz verwechseln.
