We arrived at Camping Lambach at around 20:30. The reception was already closed, so we parked our car and walked over to see if we could call or arrange a late check-in. At that moment, a man came out, introduced himself as the owner, and immediately told us without even a simple hello: “Pack your shit and go.” He also shouted “Shut up” at our dog. His behavior was aggressive and inappropriate, and he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. We were not making noise or causing any disturbance - simply trying to check in after arrival. This was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic respect or hospitality. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing business!
