Fantastic
View 367 reviews
Camping Le Parc is situated in a forest with pine and oak trees, approximately four km from the town of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt (located in the Provence). The spacious pitches are located on the sloping terrain, demarcated with trees and stones. The furnished rental tents and chalets are in a separate section of the campsite. A large, but basic swimming pool with bubble bath and solarium, a mini golf course and a tennis court offer entertainment for young and old. In peak season activities such as water aerobics, sports tournaments and dance evenings are organised.

The site was well laid out, nice shady pitches, good toilet block but still had charm and character. It was great to have the pool as it was so hot. People were friendly and helpful.
We weren’t keen on the late night entertainment, the karaoke went on until nearly midnight when we wanted to sleep and was very loud. It would be good if the finish time was advertised. It would be good if the pool was open later in the evening and earlier in the morning for adult swimming.

The ladies at the reception are the best! They do not only speak good english but are the perfect advertisement for the campsite with their friendliness and enthusiasm. The people in the restaurant are also very nice and they made us come there every day for just a drink or a meal. The toilets and showers are very clean and warm water is always available. The swimming pool is very nice and clean and opened during the whole day. We had a very nice stay here and will come back in the future.
The lifeguard at the swimming pool better looks out for another job. He is definitely spoiling a lot of holiday pleasure. Maybe the army is a suggestion. This has nothing to do with safety! Only with ego! The roads on the campsite are terrible. At some places there is no asphalt and they just threw in some rocks/stones. During the night I bumped my feet pretty hard a few times at some of them and that’s just not acceptable. Also the lighting should be checked. Around the toilets there are a few not working and at some spots there is not enough light to walk safely during the night.
